What owners and buyers ask before listing or making an offer.
Can a foreigner own a condo in Thailand outright?
Yes. Foreigners can hold freehold title on a condominium unit, provided foreign ownership in that building stays under the 49% quota set by the Condominium Act. Land and houses work differently, and we'll walk you through the options for those.
How long does a typical sale take?
From listing to a completed transfer, most sales here run three to six months, depending on price point and how the ownership structure is set up.
What are the costs involved in selling?
Transfer fee, specific business tax or stamp duty, and withholding tax are split or assigned by negotiation, we'll lay out who typically pays what before you list.
Do you also handle the buying side?
Yes, we work with buyers too, screening properties, ownership structures and paperwork before you commit to one.
